Unfortunately at the present time we are unable to ship outside the United States. 

Item does come with mounting hardware and will be shipped in a seperate package.

For Jewelry: We typically ship all orders within 2-4 business days. If you select Express shipping at checkout, we'll send your item via USPS Priority Mail once production is complete. All orders are shipped from our USA or Netherlands factories. Due to Covid-19, some international packages may be delayed due to routing or customs delays.

• USA - Within 2-5 business days

• Canada - Within 3-10 business days

• Europe - Within 2-5 business days

For Metal Art: Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. You have up to six hours from when the order is placed to make any changes or cancellations. After this period, we are unable to modify the order.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer International Shipping, however, this is an option that we will be considering in early 2022

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere within the United States using either USPS, FedEx, or UPS as shipping providers. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipment's destination, and our defined shipping method for the specified item(s).

Should you experience any issue receiving your order, please reach out to us with a picture of the item and box you received at support@LadyDsEmporium.com within 2 days of receiving the order. Once 2 days have passed since the receipt of the item, we will no longer issue replacements or refunds. 

For Mugs:  The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status.

Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact production time can differ from order to order.
